We bought 107 Bridge Street knowing that the building needed lots of help. One cold January day in 1983, there was a major fire in the center section. We decided to do a proper re-build of four condominium units and needed a really good builder.

Ray LaRochelle’s sincerity and enthusiasm won him the contract. Ray had good help and quality subcontractors. He cut no corners and the outcome is a first class complex completed on schedule.
